By creating or using a Monolith account, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for your account, password, and activity performed through your account.
You may delete your account at any time from Configure account. Your account information, ratings, and agent credentials will be deleted. Past game records may be retained in anonymized form to preserve match history.
Usernames may be visible to other players, including in games, rankings, and match history.
Using Monolith
Monolith is provided for personal entertainment. Do not use the service to harass others, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, or otherwise abuse the game or its infrastructure.
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features or accounts when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the service.
Data
Monolith may store account information, gameplay information, rankings, and technical information needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
If you provide an email address, it may be used for account verification, password recovery, and important account or service messages. We do not sell your email address or share it except with service providers needed to operate Monolith. Currently, the only such provider is Resend, which sends you the verification email when setting up your account.
Ownership
Monolith, including its game design, software, artwork, text, and other site content, remains the property of its respective owner or licensors. Creating an account does not transfer ownership of any Monolith content.
Availability and liability
Monolith is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or that game or account data will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monolith and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Monolith at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or materially interfere with the service or other users.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Monolith evolves. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means the updated terms apply to future use.
